This is a good opportunity to share my own personal landscape with you. Being in the industry, I am always experimenting and changing things around. I have photographs from the last 16 years of my landscape transformations. It's been a slow process since I am usually working on client's landscapes. One of these days my landscape will be "just right" and maybe I will leave it alone, relax and enjoy it.

This client wanted their custom landscape so it could be regularly maintained to always have the appearance of "just being installed". They really liked their shrubs to always be tightly sheared. Using different evergreens for texture and variations of color, we were able to provide an interesting landscape planting without being boring or monotonous.

This project was a complete landscape renovation. The owners had conceptual ideas on the overall look they wanted to achieve and we were able to incorporate those into our custom landscape design. The challenge was blending the modern feel of their house with Asian elements in the landscape.
