Since the beginning of the company in 1998, Perfect World Landscapes, LLC began moving to the forefront of customer service and satisfaction. We are proud to be one of the most referred landscaping contractors in the greater Nashville area. Our people are some of the best in the business in this market area. We have a degreed Horticulturist on staff. We are members of the Tennessee Nursery and Landscape Association, The Southern Nursery Association, Planet Landcare Network and are Certified Master Gardeners by the University of Tennessee Agriculture Extension Service. We assert a high level of quality on all of our designs, installations and maintenance both residential and commercial. With this implemented, our people take more pride in their workmanship. The timeliness and professionalism of our company helps us meet the expectations of our customers. This along with a continuing effort to select the most reliable materials for our landscape installations keeps us at the top of the referral list. Our uniformed employees are dedicated to making your landscape more perfect with each visit. At times when comparing the prices of our services to our competitors, we can appear to be more expensive. However, as our clients will attest, we have proven to be a better investment and to offer better customer service both during warranty contract as well as after.

We are a full service landscaping and maintenance company that is insured and licensed. References are available upon request. We give an inordinate amount of attention to the details of each landscape installation or maintenance project we are involved with. Our Team

Steve Arnold

Steve Arnold has worked in the green industry for almost twenty five years. Born and raised in Memphis TN, his interest in plants and gardening started at a young age. He started mowing grass for summer work at age thirteen. As an older teenager in Memphis, he worked for Professional Edge Landscaping and Irrigation for several years and was responsible for mowing accounts and irrigation installations. Steve moved to Nashville in the late 1980’s for the music business and still plays bass locally and regionally in several bands. Steve started Perfect World Landscapes, LLC in Nashville in 1998 with his long time friend Gregg Stocki. They grew the company together until Steve bought Gregg's half of the business in January of 2007. Steve is a perfectionist and believes in following the golden rule. Steve is a Certified Master Gardener and loves working with nature to make the world a more beautiful place.
Matt Pilcher

Matt Pilcher has over fifteen years of experience in the green industry and has an A.A.S. in Horticulture. Matt has previously owned his own landscaping company and has also worked as Lot Manager / Head Grower / Contractor & Retail Sales for Bates Nursery and Garden Center and Lot Manager / Sales for Moore & Moore West Garden Center. He has given lectures to garden clubs and other local groups. Matt has also taught in the Horticulture department of Nashville State Community College. Matt’s extensive plant knowledge and people skills make him an ideal leader of our team at Perfect World Landscapes, LLC. Matt has been with Perfect World Landscapes, LLC since 2007.
Travis Hood

Travis Hood has worked at Perfect World Landscapes, LLC from the very beginning. Initially Travis worked as a general laborer, but quickly worked his way to Lawn maintenance crew leader.
Travis is responsible for all the mowing accounts and their weekly service. Travis has also been through Master Gardener classes and does landscape, irrigation and hardscape work when needed.
Wayne Ray

Wayne Ray has worked at Perfect World Landscapes, LLC from the very beginning. Wayne mainly works on the mowing crew and has a great eye for detail and has a superior work ethic. Wayne’s work with a string trimmer is second to none. He also has also been through Master Gardener classes and does landscape, irrigation and hardscape work when needed.
Ryan Fisher

Ryan Fisher or "Ryno" as he is known, has worked in the green industry 2001. His eye for detail and ability to organize and motivate is crucial as a Perfect World crew leader. Ryan is a workhorse and he sets the standard for all others to meet. Ryno has been with Perfect World Landscapes, LLC since 2008.
